- All accommodation rates are on a half board (breakfast and dinner included) per person per night basis, including 20% VAT;

- Single supplement is Usd 80 per person per night;

- Triple rooms - extra person pays 75% of adult rate;

- Children under 12 sharing room with adult/s - each pay 75% of adult rate;

- Infants aged 2 or under - free of charge;

- Very-high season dates (01/01 - 08/01 & 22/12 - 31/12) attract a supplement of Usd 40 per person per night and a minimum stay of 5 nights.

- Minimum stay at other times is 2 nights.

- The hotel will be seasonally closed from 01/04 to 31/05;

- Road transfers in comfortable, air-conditioned minibuses from Zanzibar Town/Airport/Seaport to the Resort are charged at Usd 35 per person, one way, minimum 2 adults.
Lower transfer rates may be negotiated for groups of 4 or more. We operate a meet and greet service.
