- All accommodation rates are on a half board (breakfast and dinner included) per person per night basis, including 20% VAT;

- Single supplement 2009 is Usd 95 pp pn; 

- Triple rooms - extra person pays 75% of adult rate;

- Children under 12 not sharing room with adult/s – first child pays adult rate and each additional child pays 75% of adult rate;

- Infants aged 2 or under - free of charge;

- Very-high season dates (01/01/11 – 10/01/11 & 22/12/11 - 31/12/11) attract a supplement of Usd 50 per person per night
and a minimum stay of 4 nights; 

- Minimum stay at other times is 2 nights.

- The hotel will be seasonally closed from 26/04/11 to 01/06/11

- Road transfers in comfortable, air-conditioned minibuses from Zanzibar Town/Airport/Seaport to the Resort are charged at Usd 40 per person, one way, minimum 2 adults.
Lower transfer rates may be negotiated for groups of 4 or more. We operate a meet and greet service.
