The Beach House - Rates

Main Suite

With doors leading onto the outside deck and swimming pool. Bedroom is equipped with a bath, separate shower and toilet. A huge Zanzibar bed under mosquito netting. Bunk beds in adjoining annex.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans and mosquito nets. All have private facilities.

Bedroom 1

With glass doors leading directly onto deck at the pool. Bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and shower and toilet. Not en suite. Access through lounge.

Bedroom 2

Rear view with glass doors leading directly outside for access to pool and beach. Bedroom is furnished with queen size bed under mosquito netting. Toilet shower and basin en suite.

Bedroom 3

Rear view with glass doors leading directly outside for access to pool and beach. Queen size bed under mosquito netting. Toilet, basin and shower en suite.

Lounge and Bar

Large lounge with 2 large sofas, TV set, music system and library (stocked with English books). Lounge leads onto pool deck through glass double doors. Guest toilet and basin adjoins the lounge. The bar is situated in the lounge.

Dining Room

Indoor: 8 seater adjoining lounge and bar.

Outdoors: on patio overlooking the beach. Seats 8. Pool Area.

Prices are in US$ /night (January 08 – February 09) and include full board.

High season dates: 27/06/08 - 14/07/08, 01/08/08 - 31/08/08,  10/12/08 - 10/01/09

Includes: exclusive daily rental of the entire Villa for the number of guests selected. Rates include all meals. Drinks are extra. Transfers from/to Zanzibar airport are extra.
